Tesla Q2 earnings call is today after trading. What will happen with the most important financial qiesitons? Will they beat market expectations on earnings per share? Will they beat on margin?

Third quarter down in their largest singular market of California, which makes up 10% of their overall global sales. Perhaps if he had kept his mouth shut and didn’t become a public bigot/racist/misogynist, he wouldn’t be in the situation he currently finds himself in. We are personally responsible for our actions, and we need to face the consequences, right? Isn’t that someone kind of a conservative quality?

Not necessarily, clearly not every conservative believes they should face the consequences of their actions.
But in the case of Musk those consequences are largely up to the markets and depend on things like price, quality of goods, and also perception of the company.
Most companies can merely change their CEO/President but in the case of Musk the company is very closely linked to Musk for better or worse.
Tesla lost his mojo , not an object of desire anymore for their cars. And Elon is going a bad way … not sur how long the magic will survie
